Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive UI/UX design training sessions for students and professionals.
• Create structured lesson plans, design projects, and hands-on exercises.
• Mentor learners on industry-standard tools and design workflows.
• Provide feedback on assignments and guide learners toward practical, job-ready skills.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (or similar design tools).
• Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and user research methodologies.
• Prior teaching/training/mentorship experience preferred (but not mandatory).
