Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in leading the design of next-generation, AI-powered DWS products. Your responsibilities will include defining visual identity and design system management, designing intuitive interfaces for AI-driven features, contributing to product vision and strategy, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define visual identity/branding principles and design system management to bring together industry best practices and trends. - Prepare and publish UI guidelines and design systems for simple and intuitive solutions. - Design effective user interfaces for AI-driven features such as chatbots, NLP, data visualization, and automation workflows. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for new features and updates. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and the long-term vision for digital workplace products. - Lead comprehensive user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to uncover user needs and validate design assumptions. - Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed user flows, iterating based on user feedback and technical constraints. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a user-centric approach. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors or masters degree in human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. - Experience: 7-10 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio in enterprise SaaS or digital workplace products. - Technical Proficiency: Expertise in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure RP. - Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital workplace ecosystem and front-end development technologies. - Beneficial Experience: Experience with data visualization, generative AI, conversational AI platforms, and Agile/Scrum development environment.
