Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Analyst to play a key role in developing our innovative platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise in fintech and AI, acting as the crucial link between our business vision and technical execution. You will transform market needs into detailed requirements for scalable, intelligent product features. Key Responsibilities • Requirements & Analysis: Lead requirement gathering sessions using techniques like use case development, user story mapping, and process flow definition. • Technical Translation: Work with engineering teams to define detailed requirements for complex systems, including real-time data (APIs, WebSockets), AI/ML features, and blockchain integrations. • Agile Delivery: Own and manage the product backlog. Facilitate agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews) using Scrum/Kanban to ensure clear communication and on-time delivery. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business, technology, and compliance teams, ensuring product developments align with strategic goals. • Quality Assurance: Partner with QA engineers to review test plans for comprehensive coverage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Qualifications & Must haves • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, trading, blockchain, or a related SaaS environment. • Hands-on experience working with APIs and an understanding of AI/ML concepts . • Solid understanding of agile methodology ; familiarity with Scrum/Kanban frameworks. • Demonstrable skill in requirement gathering , use case creation , and writing clear user stories. • A strong interest in and understanding of DeFi and digital assets . • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Nice to Have • Exposure to algorithmic trading concepts or wealth management platforms. • Basic knowledge of secure architectural practices (e.g., encryption). • Experience with SQL for data analysis.
