UI/UX Design Lead

As a Lead Experience Designer with 3-10 years of experience located in Chennai/Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams on significant design projects and products. You will collaborate closely with business, tech, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in design processes and methods will drive the creation of innovative design solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve generating creative design ideas, collaborating on concepts, assessing solution quality and alignment, providing clear guidance to your team, researching competitor products and industry trends, and staying informed about business strategies. You will champion design excellence, engage with stakeholders, conduct design reviews, and foster innovation within the organization. You will be expected to lead the product experience, demonstrate the value of design to both the business and customers, and ensure that design solutions support the overall program vision and goals. Your role will also include mentoring new team members, presenting design solutions persuasively to key stakeholders, and sharing your design expertise with the broader design community. Having a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, a professional portfolio, experience leading design for successful products, and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sketch will be considered advantageous. Additionally, possessing strong core design skills including UX design, interaction design, UI design, information architecture, motion design, and visual design, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities will be essential for excelling in this role.,
