Role Overview

The Digital Process Automation Specialists will help streamline business processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation across the organization through innovative automation solutions.

UiPath platform

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with
UiPath
(design, development, deployment, and support of RPA solutions).
Practical experience with
Microsoft PowerApps
and the
Power Platform
; experience with
Alteryx
is a strong plus.
Proven experience in analyzing, mapping, and improving business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and documentation.
Demonstrated passion for process improvement and continuous improvement practices (Lean experience preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in RPA platforms such as:

UiPath Certified Professional
,
Advanced RPA Developer
, or equivalent.

Experience integrating
AI/ML
capabilities into automation solutions.
Knowledge of change management practices.
Experience working in
agile
or hybrid project environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
