Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced UiPath Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust and scalable automation solutions using UiPath. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for automation. This role requires a strong understanding of UiPath architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Automation Development: Design, develop, and implement UiPath automation workflows to streamline business processes. Build, test, and deploy automation flows, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. Integrate UiPath automation flows with various enterprise systems and applications. Develop and maintain reusable automation components and libraries. Process Analysis and Optimization: Interact with business teams to gather requirements and document existing business processes. Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and optimization approaches. Develop process flow diagrams and detailed documentation. Deployment and Management: Deploy and manage UiPath environments, including orchestrator and robots. Implement production-ready automation solutions and provide ongoing support. Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues. Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive design documents, test reports, deployment plans, and user guides. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all automation processes. Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful automation implementations. Guide and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices. Participate in code reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications: UiPath Expertise: Strong understanding of UiPath architecture and components (Orchestrator, Studio, Robots). Proven ability to build, test, and deploy complex automation workflows. Experience with UiPath best practices and standards. Automation Experience: Experience with production implementation of RPA solutions. Experience with deploying and managing UiPath environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#) is a plus. Experience with web services, APIs, and database integration. Ability to integrate UiPath automation flows with other systems. Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business stakeholders. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Problem-Solving and Teamwork: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to mentor and guide other team members. Preferred Qualifications: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification. Experience with other RPA tools. Experience in [Relevant Industry]. Experience with Agile methodologies.
