UI-UX Executive - EdTech - Mobile LMS

,Role & responsibilities

1. Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences for a

   mobile-based LMS platform

   delivering courses in Logistics, Healthcare, and Soft Skills.
2. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications.
3. Conduct

   user research

   (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to understand learner needs and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
4. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content teams to translate requirements into impactful user interfaces; ensure seamless integration of platform features.
5. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistent branding, colors, typography, iconography, and visual language across all digital touchpoints.
6. Optimize user journeys for diverse audiences, from blue-collar logistics trainees to healthcare professionals and soft skills learners.
7. Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar for prototyping, design documentation, and collaborative reviews.
8. Support QA and development with clear handoffs and design assets; resolve design-related issues arising during implementation.

Technical Requirements

1. Proficient in leading UI/UX design projects from discovery through delivery for mobile and web.
2. Good understanding of ed-tech user needs, especially in logistics, healthcare, and corporate/soft skills learning environments.
3. Ability to produce clean, modern, scalable interfaces that account for accessibility, device variety, and multicultural user bases.
4. Strong

   empathy

   for users and analytical mindset; passionate about solving problems with elegant, user-centered solutions.
5. Collaborative attitude for cross-functional teamwork in agile settings.
