Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications. Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to understand learner needs and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content teams to translate requirements into impactful user interfaces; ensure seamless integration of platform features. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistent branding, colors, typography, iconography, and visual language across all digital touchpoints. Optimize user journeys for diverse audiences, from blue-collar logistics trainees to healthcare professionals and soft skills learners. Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar for prototyping, design documentation, and collaborative reviews. Support QA and development with clear handoffs and design assets; resolve design-related issues arising during implementation. Technical Requirements Proficient in leading UI/UX design projects from discovery through delivery for mobile and web. Good understanding of ed-tech user needs, especially in logistics, healthcare, and corporate/soft skills learning environments. Ability to produce clean, modern, scalable interfaces that account for accessibility, device variety, and multicultural user bases. Role & responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale recruitment projects with large recruitment companies and also in the higher education sector, ensuring alignment with institutional HR policies and best practices. Coordinate end-to-end placement for students from different colleges in Karnataka into logistics companies including planning, execution, Monitoring & controlling the processes, and post-recruitment analytics. Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, design, development, and content to ensure timely delivery of platforms and learning experiences with the students. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress against milestones, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Collaborate with HR teams of logistics companies in Karnataka, large recruitment companies and college administrators to deliver on strategic placement objectives and enhance Job seeker to recruiter matching. Communicate regularly with stakeholders in English, Kannada, and Hindi, facilitating cross-functional cooperation and smooth project execution. Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize recruitment workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Utilize advanced analytical tools for reporting, forecasting, and process evaluation. Ensure all documentation, compliance, and record-keeping adhere to the guidelines Technical Requirements Proficient in planning, executing, and evaluating multi-phase recruitment projects. Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and digital educational products is preferred. Good understanding of HR operations, policies, and process automation. Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS software and advanced Excel/data visualization tools for recruitment analytics. Familiarity with higher education structure, HR compliance, and talent engagement practices in universities or colleges. Ability to use analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills for problem solving and team leadership. Strong fluency in English, Kannada, and preferably Hindi for stakeholder communication and documentation.
