We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles (a plus, not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• 2 years' experience in relevant field

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and user requirements.
• Design user-centric interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to enhance design decisions.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain a design system / style guide across all platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
