Description
As an Experience Designer at EY, your role involves significantly contributing to the design of new digital user experiences and enhancements to existing digital experiences. You will leverage your sound knowledge of the user experience journey to evaluate findings from user research and produce wireframes and prototypes that enhance the level of engagement and satisfaction for the users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce user experience wireframes and prototypes, considering user needs and journeys for executing less complex design efforts. - Actively participate in brainstorms, critiques, and collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to product insight and innovation. - Develop design documentation such as style guides and pattern libraries, collaborating with Visual Designers to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes. - Support the organization and facilitation of meetings and workshops aligned with project phases and client goals. - Assist in presenting to and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders. - Identify and escalate potential business opportunities within existing projects. **Qualifications:** - Good knowledge of UX design principles including Wireframes, Information Architecture, and Usability. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Suite. - Understanding of experience design principles and processes.
