UI / UX Designer

Role Overview: You will be a full-time UI/UX Designer based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. Your main responsibility will be to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences. This will involve conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders. Your daily tasks will include user testing, gathering feedback, and making improvements to ensure optimal user satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences - Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences - Design wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals - Perform user testing to gather feedback and make improvements - Stay updated on UI/UX design trends and best practices Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD - Experience with UX design principles, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment,
