Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
  • Develop information architecture and navigation models to enhance usability and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine user personas and user stories.
  • Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
  • Develop high-fidelity mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive design system or style guide to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
  • Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions to validate and iterate design solutions.
  • Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to continually improve the user experience.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging design trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
