Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior UIUX Designer to join our Healthcare Client. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to craft seamless and engaging user experiences across our products. You will lead design initiatives, enhance existing interfaces, and drive innovation with a strong focus on user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups.
• 
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• 
  
• Lead redesign efforts for existing products or features, ensuring improved usability and aesthetic quality.
• 
  
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
• 
  
• Support development teams through implementation, ensuring design intent is preserved and executed.
• 
  
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices; recommend innovative solutions to enhance user engagement.
• 
  
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, promoting a collaborative design culture.
• 
  
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.
• 
  
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify UX improvement opportunities and differentiate the product in the market.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects and design thinking.
• 
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• 
  
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• 
  
• Experience with user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable design.
• 
  
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail (typography, color theory, layout).
• 
  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• 
  
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• 
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
