UI UX Designer

As a Visualizer (UI UX) at our Pune location, you will play a crucial role in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize this research data to make informed design decisions that enhance user experience. You will be tasked with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Your focus will be on developing visually appealing designs that ensure a seamless user experience. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and team members is essential to ensure accurate implementation of designs that align with project goals. In this role, you will be expected to develop and maintain design systems and style guides to promote consistency across all platforms. Keeping abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies is crucial to incorporate innovative design elements into your work. Additionally, you will need to conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on designs. To excel in this position, you should have proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles is essential, along with excellent visual design skills and attention to detail. Experience with responsive and adaptive design, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript, and familiarity with generative AI technologies and tools are preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills are key to effectively conveying your design concepts, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously will be critical for success. Ensuring that all designs are accessible and adhere to best practices in accessibility standards is also an important aspect of this role.,
