Role: UI/UX Design Lead

Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) & Pune (GERA Commerzone, Kharadi)

Work Mode: hybrid (2 days office+ 3 days WFH)

Key accountabilities:

The UX/UI lead will be accountable for:

• Lead the design and development of user experience and visual design for web + mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into engaging interfaces
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Ensure consistency in branding and usability across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of UX/UI designers.

Technical and professional skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, ReactJS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern front-end security best practices
• Experience leading and managing design teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning and review sessions
• Familiarity with user research & testing techniques like Optimal Workshop, UserTesting, Lookback.io, etc
• Good Understanding of the tools such as Jira and GitHub
• Experience leading agile scrum, sprint planning and review sessions
