UI Production Designer

As a UI Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating user interface screens, components, and solutions for web and mobile apps. Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, Agile environment, you will meet complex business requirements and user needs. Your responsibilities will include unifying and maintaining our Design Systems, developing conceptual diagrams and prototypes, and evaluating existing UIs for improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Create user interface screens, components, and solutions for web and mobile apps - Unify and maintain Design Systems and shared interactive component libraries - Develop conceptual diagrams, mocks, and prototypes for testing and analysis - Take ownership over existing and new UIs, evaluating them for improvements - Follow an iterative design process, accepting, managing, and providing feedback Qualifications Required: - 6-8+ years of design experience as a key member of a design team - Excellent UI design skills and the ability to articulate a rationale for design decisions - Strong working knowledge of Figma, Miro, or similar tools - Familiarity with Design Systems and Design System Documentation - Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, managing personal deadlines - Strong knowledge of mobile and responsive design, Android design patterns - Skilled at producing interactive prototypes for usability testing - Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices - Experience in Agile processes, aligning user and business goals for viable solutions - Online portfolio showcasing successful projects - Familiarity with the retail industry is an asset - Undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction or Graphic/Digital Design is an asset Please note that we have been powering Digital Experiences for the Fortune 500 for the past 20 years, with a global team of over 4000 members engaged in Digital Modernization.
