Job Description

We are seeking a

Test Automation Engineer

with expertise in

UiPath

to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and UI testing. This role involves integrating automation with

CI/CD pipelines

, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality test execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation Development

Design, develop, and maintain
automated test scripts
using
UiPath Studio
for functional, regression, and UI testing.
Develop
reusable and modular automation frameworks
to streamline test execution.
Integrate automated tests with
CI/CD pipelines
for continuous testing.
Build automation bots for testing
user interfaces, workflows, data validation, and complex business processes
.

Test Execution & Management

Execute automated tests for
functional, smoke, regression, and integration testing
.
Schedule and trigger automated tests using
UiPath Orchestrator
.
Analyze and report test results, identifying and documenting bugs or failures.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with
developers, product owners, and business analysts
to understand project requirements.
Participate in
design reviews, sprint planning, and test case creation
.
Provide timely feedback on defects and collaborate on resolutions.

Test Script Maintenance & Optimization

Maintain and update automation scripts to align with
application or business process changes
.
Refactor automation scripts for
better performance, readability, and reliability
.
Optimize
bot performance
and troubleshoot automation issues efficiently.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

Ensure
comprehensive test coverage
across all application layers.
Generate detailed
test reports and dashboards
to track execution results and quality metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on test results to enhance product quality.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest advancements in
RPA technologies and test automation tools (especially UiPath)
.
Continuously evaluate and enhance
test automation frameworks
.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong experience in
test automation using UiPath Studio
.
Hands-on expertise in
RPA-based testing, workflow automation, and bot development
.
Experience in
CI/CD pipeline integration
for automated testing.
Familiarity with
UiPath Orchestrator
for scheduling and monitoring test execution.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Knowledge of
software testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
