UI Lead and Developer

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex user interfaces for web applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable, performant, and user-friendly solutions.
Architect and build micro-frontend components, ensuring modularity and maintainability.
Ensure high code quality and best practices in frontend development.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Drive UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

Technical Skills

React
: Strong expertise in building scalable and performant applications using React.
Redux
: Experience managing state in complex applications with Redux.
Micro Frontend
: Experience in developing and deploying micro-frontend architectures.
JavaScript
: Advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+).
HTML/CSS
: Deep understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and modern styling techniques (SASS, CSS-in-JS, etc.).
Version Control
: Familiarity with Git and Git workflows.
Build Tools
: Experience with Webpack, Babel, npm, or other build tools.
Testing
: Experience with frontend testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Agile Methodologies
: Experience working in an Agile environment with SCRUM or Kanban.
