As an experienced UI Developer with over 8 years of experience, your role will involve designing and building responsive, dynamic web applications with clean, professional interfaces. You will work with technologies such as React, JSP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, collaborating closely with design and backend teams to deliver scalable and high-performing UIs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web UI components using React, JSP, JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5. - Convert wireframes/designs into responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth client-server communication. - Optimize UI performance, scalability, and accessibility following WCAG guidelines. - Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. - Collaborate effectively in Agile/Scrum environments. Primary Skills Required: - Strong hands-on experience in JSP, React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Expertise in responsive design, performance optimization, and debugging. - Proficiency in REST API integration.
