Job Title: UI Designer (1–2 Years Experience) Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1–2 Years About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in crafting engaging, user-friendly digital interfaces. In this role, you’ll collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to bring intuitive design solutions to life across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: ● Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines ● Convert wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes ● Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a cohesive user experience ● Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms ● Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries ● Stay up-to-date with UI trends, tools, and best practices Requirements: ● 1–2 years of professional experience in UI design ● Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work for web and/or mobile applications ● Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar ● Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout ● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how design translates to code (not mandatory, but a plus) ● Strong communication and collaboration skills ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Nice to Have: ● Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams ● Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions ● Experience with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Apple HIG) Apply now and help us create experiences that truly captivate!
