Job Description

About the role:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the design and development aspects of creating exceptional user experiences and is looking for a position where they can blend creativity with technical skills.

Responsibilities

UX Design:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Develop interaction models, personas, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliverables

Development:

Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop responsive and accessible web pages and interfaces.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with APIs.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize user interfaces for performance and cross-browser compatibility.

Qualifications:

5-6 years of total experience.
Proven experience as a UX Designing with Development.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and the ability to create engaging user experiences.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong front-end development skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
Understanding of UX research methodologies and the ability to apply them to the design process.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Work Location:

Bangalore/Noida (Hybrid). The candidate will have the flexibility to work hybrid with travel to an office location or to a client location, when required.
