UI Designer/Developer

As a UI/UX Designer cum Developer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve creating distinctive and compelling visual designs for online sales/marketing initiatives, including banner ads and landing pages. You will brainstorm design ideas for logos, icons, and web layouts, and decide on the best design approach. Collaborating with design activities by understanding requirements and converting them into rich usable interfaces will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your ability to multitask on projects and deliver high-quality work with speed for critical deadlines will be essential. Maintaining touchpoints with project teams to ensure the smooth progress of design activities and user experience is crucial. You will also be expected to suggest changes and improvements on a regular basis and create design guides for concepts and workflows. Staying updated on emerging design trends and incorporating them as applicable will be part of your continuous learning process. Key Skills required for this role include proficiency in Photoshop/Figma, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Illustrator. You should also be adept at HTML conversion for rapid prototyping. Knowledge of Logo Designing, Layout Designing, and familiarity with CorelDraw would be considered a plus. In this role, you will be executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Your ability to conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design roadblocks and enhance user-friendliness will be highly valued. Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps will be part of your routine tasks. Proficiency in visual design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other wireframing tools will be advantageous. Your excellent visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interaction will play a significant role in your success. You should be able to present your designs effectively and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Problem-solving creatively and effectively will be a key attribute expected from you. Being up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies is essential for this role. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process will be an added advantage, allowing you to thrive in a collaborative team environment.,
