UI Designer/Developer

You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences by blending creativity with technical skills. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points - Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs - Developing interaction models, personas, and journey maps - Conducting usability testing and iterating designs based on feedback - Collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliverables In terms of development, you will: - Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Develop responsive and accessible web pages and interfaces - Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with APIs - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize user interfaces for performance and cross-browser compatibility Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-6 years of total experience - Proven experience as a UX Designer with Development skills - Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and ability to create engaging user experiences - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar - Strong front-end development skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation) - Understanding of UX research methodologies and their application in the design process - Experience with version control systems such as Git - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills The work location for this position is Bangalore/Noida (Hybrid). You will have the flexibility to work hybrid with travel to an office location or to a client location when required.,
