UI Designer

As a UI/UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Leading the end-to-end UI/UX design process, starting from concept and research to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final design delivery. - Creating and maintaining design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides in Figma to ensure consistency across all products. - Designing intuitive and visually compelling data visualizations and dashboards to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of charting frameworks and libraries like D3.js to support interactive data storytelling. - Translating business goals and technical requirements into seamless, accessible, and high-performing interfaces. - Collaborating with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate integration and responsive rendering of charts and analytics components. - Utilizing data analytics, user feedback, and behavioral insights to continuously refine and optimize user experience. - Working closely with product and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum settings for iterative delivery. - Advocating for accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design best practices. - Mentoring junior designers, reviewing their work, and helping establish UI/UX best practices organization-wide. - Ensuring cross-platform design coherence for web, mobile, and tablet interfaces. - Keeping updated on emerging UI/UX trends, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices. You should have the following qualifications and skills: - 5-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects. - 2-3 years of experience specifically in data visualization design, dashboard creation, or analytics product interfaces. - Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments. - Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering and data teams to implement complex interactive UI elements and charts. - Exposure to designing for multi-platform environments (web, tablet, and mobile). - Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. - Ability to create design systems, reusable components, and style guides for large-scale applications. - Strong understanding of information hierarchy, visual balance, and user flow optimization.,
