As a member of the Human Factors team at Mott MacDonald, you will play a crucial role in optimizing human well-being and overall system performance in various sectors, predominantly railways, to enhance comfort, health, safety, and productivity. Your responsibilities will include: - Incorporating the three main fields of ergonomics: physical, cognitive, and organizational - Working on multi-disciplinary projects such as behavioural insights, control room design, HMI design, workload assessment, human error analysis, human reliability analysis, wayfinding, and human factors integration We are seeking flexible and motivated candidates with a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the world. To be eligible for this role, you should have more than 2 years of experience and hold a degree in Ergonomics, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related discipline.
