Job Description

Your Role:

Lead the UI design process, managing the entire development process with proficiency in executing design systems and crafting detailed UI design style guides across digital marketing campaigns.
Evaluate and rationalize design solutions, ensuring alignment with the client s vision, business context, and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provide creative direction and mentorship to UI designers.
Collaborate with UX, development, and content teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Review and approve design deliverables for quality and consistency.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility.
Contribute to strategic planning and design innovation

Your profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
10+ years of experience in creating user interfaces design
An expert with exhaustive knowledge of UI/UX principles & techniques with hands-on experience in creating designs with an existing style guide, who can also develop design systems from scratch
Atleast 5 years in a team management and leadership role.
Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in UI design across platforms.
Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
Experience working in agile or fast-paced creative environments.
