Drive
developer experience and efficiency
, focusing on reducing build times for enterprise-scale JavaScript/React applications.
Lead initiatives to
enhance web performance metrics
(Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights) ensuring enterprise-grade user experience.
Modernize the application stack
by upgrading React, Node.js, and related tooling, aligning with industry best practices and enterprise standards.
Collaborate with
clients and stakeholders
to understand requirements, provide architectural guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide the development team on
best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization strategies

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong expertise in
JavaScript, React, and Node.js
.
Hands-on experience with
Webpack
and other build optimization utilities.
Proven ability to
architect, modernize, and scale enterprise applications
.
Experience in
DevOps practices
(CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment) preferred.
Excellent
client-facing skills
