Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and curious Analyst Internto join the Storefront Team. You will work closely with product managers,designers, engineers, and marketing teams to analyze platform data, buildperformance dashboards, derive insights, and contribute to optimizationexperiments across the customer funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer behavior across key Storefront surfaces like homepage, PLP, PDP and navigation.
Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as click-through rate (CTR),conversion rate, engagement time, and bounce rate.
Partner with product and design teams to measure A/B test performance and interpret results.
Conduct root cause analysis for performance dips or changes in user patterns.
Identify growth opportunities and generate hypotheses for UX, content, or merchandising enhancements.
Prepare weekly reports and business review decks for leadership consumption.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI preferred.
Exposure to Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
