We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Responsible and Accountable for UCMDB application performance, installations, Upgrades, discovery, enhancements, scan customizations and Data reconciliation issues.
• Responsible for UD agent deployment, Agent troubleshooting, Automation of agent deployment, maintain Agent hygiene, fixing agent related issues.
• Accountable for overseeing design processes, solution architectures, and definition of key metrics for upcoming projects.
• Removing impediments for the team and shield them from interruptions, act as a coach to the team, Product Owner and wider organisation to help them continually improve, and facilitates the delivery of work and where appropriate.
• Act as a point of escalation for the development & delivery teams. Work with the Agile Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities
• Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the relevant data standards and data controls.
• Ensure the level of automation within the team is optimised at all times, reducing the need for human intervention in the design, development and operational lifecycles, including decisions on tooling to achieve optimal performance.
• Work with the Product Owner, Solution & Platform Architects to identify changes required, create & agree necessary stories. Work with the Agile Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities. Work with business stakeholders/users to elicit software setup requirements and capture business needs; clear articulation and documentation of business requirements.
