We are seeking a skilled UCC - Mobility Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions across Apple and Android ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, JAMF, and iOS/macOS device management. This role is crucial in securing, optimizing, and troubleshooting enterprise mobility platforms to ensure seamless and secure mobile operations. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Mobility Device Management Manage and maintain enterprise MDM/UEM platforms including Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, and JAMF Pro . Oversee Apple device management , including iPhones, iPads, and macOS devices , leveraging Apple Business Manager (ABM), Device Enrollment Program (DEP), and Volume Purchase Program (VPP) . Administer Android Enterprise for corporate and BYOD mobile device management . Configure and manage mobile device compliance policies , including encryption, application control, and remote wipe capabilities . Deploy and manage enterprise mobile applications via Microsoft Intune App Protection, JAMF, and MobileIron App Distribution . Perform software updates, patching, and firmware management for mobile devices. Security Compliance Implement and enforce security policies such as Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for mobile devices. Ensure mobile identity and access management through Azure AD, Entra ID, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions . Manage certificate-based authentication (CBA) and VPN configurations for secure mobile access. Monitor and optimize the performance of MDM environments, ensuring compliance with corporate and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Stay up to date with industry trends and security threats to proactively improve mobility solutions. Troubleshooting Support Troubleshoot and resolve mobility-related incidents , collaborating with Service Desk and IT support teams . Provide technical guidance and training to IT teams and end users on best practices for mobile security and device usage. Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when necessary. Documentation Process Improvement Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and knowledge base articles related to mobility solutions. Maintain detailed network diagrams and configuration guides for mobility infrastructure. Drive automation and process improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency. Qualifications Experience Required 7+ years of experience in enterprise mobility engineering, endpoint management, or IT infrastructure support . Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, and JAMF for mobile device management . Experience managing Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, macOS) using Apple Business Manager (ABM), DEP, and VPP . Expertise in Android Enterprise deployment and configuration . In-depth knowledge of mobile security frameworks , including Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and Endpoint Protection . Experience with Azure AD, Entra ID , and enterprise identity and access management solutions . Strong understanding of VPN, SCEP certificate management, and network security for mobile devices. Troubleshooting expertise for iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows 10/11 endpoint management . Strong knowledge of enterprise app deployment and lifecycle management for mobile applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment , collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills to develop SOPs and user guides . Flexibility to support after-hours work, weekend activities, and on-call rotation when required.
