UAT Testing + HCM Configurations

This role is responsible for participating in User Acceptance Testing UAT activities to ensure software applications meet business requirements and quality standards The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and strong analytical abilities The candidate will work collaboratively with various groups team members and stakeholders to deliver high quality testing processes and results

Bachelor’s degree in computer science CIS or related field and five 5 years of experience in Technology development engineering

Two 2 years of experience in software testing quality assurance or a related field

Three 3 years of comprehensive UATSIT testing experience of Oracle HCM configurations customizations identifying and resolving issues before system golive

Strong understanding of UAT processes methodologies and best practices

Three 3 years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments

Three 3 years of experience with automated testing tools and test management tools eg JIRA HP ALM etc

Three 3 years’ experience with working on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles eg SDLC

Expertise in translating functional and nonfunctional requirements into test cases test scripts and reviewing functional technical design document specifications

Two 2 years of participation in defect triage calls working with business users on defect assignment tracking issue resolution and successful closure of UAT defects

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good understanding of UAT methodologies and business processes

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external internal project partners ensuring adherence to standards and best practices

Three 3 years of experience with Oracles product releases patches and new features ensuring the system is up to date and optimized

Certification in software testing eg ISTQB CSTE is a plus

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
