Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tester with 1–2 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Support within the Banking domain, specifically in the Card domain (Credit/Debit/Prepaid). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of critical banking applications in a live environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for banking applications, with a focus on card-based systems.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements as per business specifications.
• Investigate, reproduce, and document defects or issues encountered during UAT or in production.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 Production Support for card applications.
• Monitor production systems, handle incident management, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain test cases, test data, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support system upgrades and patch deployments from a testing and validation perspective.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in UAT testing and production support.
• Hands-on experience in Banking domain, preferably in Card domain (credit/debit/prepaid card processing, disputes, settlements, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week from office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to SQL and ability to query databases for validation.
• Familiarity with card transaction lifecycle and industry standards (e.g., ISO8583).
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
