Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training Development:

Identifying training needs of two-wheeler technicians.
Developing training modules and materials for various aspects of two-wheeler service and repair, including mechanical and electrical systems.
Creating training schedules and lesson plans.

Training Delivery:

Conducting training sessions for technicians, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of two-wheeler maintenance and repair.
Using a variety of training methods, such as presentations, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and online resources.
Ensuring trainees understand and can apply the learned skills.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assessing the progress and performance of trainees through practical and theoretical evaluations.
Providing feedback and guidance to trainees to help them improve their skills.

Maintaining Training Resources:

Ensuring the training facility and equipment are well-maintained and safe.
Keeping training materials up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards.

Staying Updated:

Continuously updating their own knowledge and skills on new two-wheeler technologies and repair techniques.
Participating in relevant training and development programs.

Promoting Safety:

Ensuring that all training activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Educating trainees on safety procedures and regulations.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Effectively communicating technical information to trainees with varying levels of experience.
Building rapport with trainees and fostering a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with other trainers and technicians
