About the Role

Two Wheeler Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive retail growth.
  • Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; handle escalations professionally.
  • Conduct product and sales training for team members.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and submit reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service teams for seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Two-Wheeler/Automobile sales
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Interest in EV technology is an advantage
