Key Responsibilities

Production planning & execution to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.Lead project & CAPEX initiatives - installation, commissioning, factory expansion.Drive process optimization using Lean, Kaizen & 5S principles.Ensure FSSAI, GMP & organic certification compliance.Lead and develop production teams for enhanced performance.Control production costs, material usage & reduce wastage.Coordination with Engineering for preventive maintenance & machine health.Reporting on production metrics, downtime & improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology /Food Science / related fields.Experience: 4-5 years in FMCG or Food Manufacturing (Mandatory)Strong knowledge of plant operations, CAPEX planning & implementation.Understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, Lean manufacturing tools.Excellent leadership, coordination & analytical skills.Preferred: Experience in dairy, ghee, jaggery, or organic food environments
