Role Overview: As a Tuition Coordinator at CC Plus, you will be the central point of contact for managing academic operations, faculty coordination, student-parent engagement, and quality assurance for the CC Plus educational program. Your role will involve ensuring effective coordination across departments to deliver high-quality academic experiences and meet enrollment and retention goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage class schedules, lesson plans (CBSE-based), and faculty assignments to ensure high teaching standards. - Organize and monitor demo classes, evaluate faculty performance, and provide post-demo student assessments to parents. - Collaborate with the sales team for lead conversions, follow up with parents, and achieve monthly admission targets. - Oversee faculty utilization, maintain daily reports, identify staffing needs, and manage promotional participation. - Track student progress, share regular reports with parents, and organize engagement activities and retention programs. - Attend daily meetings, manage fee collections, maintain records, and ensure timely reporting to management. - Implement retention strategies, analyze feedback, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. - Manage urgent issues, schedule changes, and ensure academic continuity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. - Proven experience in academic coordination and faculty management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle crisis situations and maintain composure under pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office suite. - Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and education industry trends.
