As a Senior Consultant in our SAP
Team, you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
SAP VIM-Open Text Professional should have:
- Candidate should have minimum experience of 6+ years in SAP PM
- Design and configure SAP VIM solutions using OpenText Vendor Invoice Management.
- Analyze business requirements for AP processes and translate them into technical designs.
- Configure VIM process types, exception handling, approval workflows, and archive link integration.
- Manage integration of SAP VIM with SAP FI, MM, and S/4HANA environments.
- Provide functional specifications to ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
- Support business users during testing, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements for invoice processing and document management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VIM landscape, working with OpenText and SAP OSS where needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AP, Procurement, and IT.
- Create functional documentation, SOPs, training guides, and solution roadmaps.
Required Skills and Experience
: - 5 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP VIM Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of OpenText VIM 7.x or higher, including ICC/ICR, ArchiveLink, and Business Center.
- Solid understanding of SAP FI-AP, MM, and document flow in P2P (Procure-to-Pay).
- Hands-on experience with VIM configuration: document types, business rules, exception handling, approval workflows, etc.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC.
- Experience in at least 1 2 full life cycle SAP VIM implementations.
- Ability to debug issues and work with ABAP teams for VIM enhancements.
- Familiarity with OCR tools, Invoice Capture Center (ICC), and Business Center by OpenText.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
: - Experience with OpenText Extended ECM or Document Presentment.
- VIM Certification or OpenText Partner experience.
- Workflow expertise in SAP (SAP Workflow Builder, BRF+).
- Knowledge of Fiori apps for VIM or AP automation.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in B. Sc (Computer Science) or B.E, B.Tech.
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
