As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You ll:

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Appian Developers and Senior Developers to design, build, and maintain Appian applications that drive business transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Appian platform and must hold a valid

Appian L2 certification

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Appian applications using SAIL, Process Models, Web APIs, and Smart Services
Work closely with business teams and architects to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning
Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability
Support deployment activities and production releases in Agile environments
Document technical design, reusable components, and solution best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 10 years of total IT experience, with at least 2 years in Appian development
Appian L2 certification is mandatory
Solid knowledge of Appian architecture, SAIL, Sites, Records, Interfaces, and Expression Rules
Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
Understanding of the Appian Admin Console and environment configurations
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
Strong RDBMS and SQL skills
