Job Description

Install, configure, and manage
IBM QRadar SIEM
components (Console, Event/Flow Collectors, Data Nodes, etc.)
Onboard and tune
log sources
(Windows, Linux, Firewall, Proxy, EDR, Cloud, etc.) to ensure complete coverage.
Develop and maintain
custom parsers, DSMs, and log source extensions
as required.
Create and fine-tune
correlation rules, building blocks, and reference sets
to enhance detection accuracy.
Manage
offense lifecycle
review, categorize, and assign offenses to SOC analysts.
Perform
system health monitoring, patching, and backup
to ensure platform stability.
Work closely with
SOC and Threat Detection teams
to improve use cases and alert quality.
Maintain
integration with SOAR, ticketing, and threat intelligence platforms
.
Provide
periodic reports and dashboards
on security events and platform performance.
Participate in
incident investigations
by retrieving and analyzing QRadar event and flow data.

Desired qualifications

Education B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
