Job Description

As an Airtel employee, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's footprint within the territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving revenue growth by focusing on new & existing channel partners. - Optimizing the sales and distribution network to enhance market penetration. - Strengthening the distribution ecosystem through increased BTL activities and effective coverage. - Ensuring brand visibility through organized go-to market merchandising activities. - Implementing processes to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction. - Leading stakeholder management by expanding the channel/distributor network. - Training partners on product features, sales techniques, and market positioning. - Managing the territory team and coordinating with mass retail Zonal/Area managers. - Collaborating with central functions to ensure alignment with company policies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Full-time graduate degree, MBA/PGDM (optional). - 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Telecom/FMCG.
