Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, an innovative company known for its technical excellence and commitment to making a difference for clients and society. In this entry-level role, you will collaborate with the TS Systems Integration team to handle less complex configurations, installations, and break/fix events while working towards associate level certification. Key Responsibilities: - Learn to take ownership of portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management within project lifecycles. - Collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements. - Perform less complex configurations and installations. - Attend to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycles. - Support and work alongside Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers. - Execute any other related tasks as necessary. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field. - Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc. Additional Details: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
