Job Description

As an Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, your role is to work closely with the TS Systems Integration team to action configurations, installations, and attend to break/fix events that are less complex in nature. You will be learning the necessary skills to become a subject matter expert in this field and work towards associate-level certification. Key Responsibilities: - Learn to take ownership of portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to fulfill client requirements. - Perform less complex configurations and installations. - Attend to less complex break/fix events throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide support and collaborate with Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers. - Perform any other related tasks as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: - Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles. - Ability to grasp fundamental project and administration processes. - Strong learning orientation. - Good verbal communication skills. - Display a client service orientation. - Proactive in approach and hands-on. - Willingness to work overtime when required. - Some exposure to deployments for less complex tasks. Academic Qualification and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field. - Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc. Required Experience: - Some work experience in technical implementation engineering, specifically in Networking technologies. - Experience in Networking technologies like routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core, and access layers. - Experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting.
