As an Analyst in the Trusts & Estates team, you deliver essential support for fiduciary administration and account management. You collaborate with colleagues in the USA to ensure seamless execution of trust-related activities. You contribute to the success of our clients by maintaining accurate records and facilitating key financial transactions. **Job Responsibilities** - Execute instructions for opening and maintaining bank and investment accounts. - Prepare subscription and redemption requests for private equity arrangements. - Update databases with financial transactions, tax, valuations, and trust party data. - Dispatch introductory packages to relevant trust parties. - Draft letters and instructions for credit requests and terminations. - Communicate status updates to stakeholders for support activities. - Coordinate with US-based Trusts & Estates team for task execution. - Maintain accurate documentation for all trust-related activities. - Respond promptly to routine transaction requests. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. - Support process improvements within fiduciary administration. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills** - Hold a college degree in a relevant field. - Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in financial services. - Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Apply organizational and analytical abilities to daily tasks. - Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate effectively with global teams. - Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills** - Possess international trust administration experience. - Understand legal, tax, and financial concepts related to trusts. - Utilize advanced database management skills. - Communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders. - Adapt quickly to changing business needs. - Contribute innovative ideas for process enhancement. - Support cross-functional projects within wealth management.,
