What You'll Do:

- Manage daily dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure efficiency.- Develop and optimize routes to minimize costs and delivery times.- Monitor compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols.- Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in truck dispatching or logistics.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.-Strong leadership and team management capabilities.-Expertise in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and routing systems.- In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and industry best practices.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
