Role & responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

Book profitable loads on major load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and through direct broker relationships.
Plan, dispatch, and manage daily routes for company drivers and owner-operators across the USA.
Negotiate rates with brokers and customers to maximize revenue and minimize deadhead miles.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight while maintaining clear communication with drivers.
Monitor driver performance, HOS compliance, and resolve on-road issues efficiently.
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to brokers and customers.
Prepare and manage rate confirmations, load documents, and delivery paperwork accurately.
Coordinate with safety, accounting, and operations teams to ensure smooth load execution and billing.
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, shippers, and drivers.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum
3–4 years of experience
in USA truck dispatching and load booking.
Strong understanding of US lanes, freight types, and market rates.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in load boards, dispatch software, and MS Office.
Candidates must be based in Noida or willing to work from Noida without any location constraints.
Only apply if comfortable working the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM).
