Job Title: Treasury Operations Analyst Position Overview: The Treasury Operations Analyst is essential for overseeing the organizations treasury activities of prime business, ensuring efficient cash flow operations, and maintaining robust financial stability. This role involves managing daily treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, providing insights to treasury tram, and reporting. Job Description: Technical Skills: Proficiency in treasury management operations with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, forecast liquidity needs accurately, and execute detailed financial reporting Daily data management to update the internal treasury system and spreadsheets Maintaining up-to-date information of investment positions and traders across asset class Reconciling cash position at the end of the day to ensure accurate data is reflected Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: A Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles, with a solid understanding of liquidity management principles Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong capability for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Working hours: The Treasury Operations Analyst should be willing to work in the US shift from 6pm IST to 3am IST. Location – Bangalore, Pune, and Gurgaon
