Treasury Manager, Foreign Currency and Hedging

What you will do:

• Manage foreign currency risk for a dynamic, multi-program (revenue hedging,

balance sheet hedging, net investment hedging) FX hedge portfolio

• Lead automation initiatives to identify currency exposures in the most efficient

and effective way and develop appropriate hedging strategies

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify additional use cases for AI in

Foreign Currency and Hedging process execution

• Actively engage in strategic discussions to recommend optimal hedging strategy,

hedging instruments and operational execution

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Foreign Currency and Hedging for corporate

internal stakeholders, including Forecasting and Planning, Tax, Accounting,

Internal Audit and others

• Maintain excellent and time-sensitive communication with all internal and

external stakeholders

• Analyze hedging performance and investigate gaps/anomalies/discrepancies

• Consistently identify areas for improving program effectiveness and efficiency

• Partner with the cash management team to support global liquidity needs

• Assist or lead additional ad hoc support projects/initiatives in other Treasury

areas (capital markets, investments, etc.)

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree - Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Data

science

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in

Treasury/Accounting/Finance/Banking

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and treasury management software

• Strong focus on process automation and driving process efficiency and

effectiveness

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of integrity, initiative, motivation and curiosity

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to

senior management and external stakeholders with attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple

priorities
