Treasury - Experienced Professional

Role Overview: As the Treasury Lead at Siemens Gamesa in India, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all treasury operations with a focus on governance, strategic execution, and optimization of core activities. You will lead cash management, banking relationships, guarantee management, and financial risk mitigation to support the company's growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Implement treasury policies to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management. - Optimize liquidity management, working capital, and cash flow forecasting to support business operations. - Drive standard methodologies in treasury operations, including process automation and system upgrades. - Support the development of hedging strategies and risk mitigation techniques. - Act as the treasury representative for internal and external partners, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury with leadership experience. - Strategic management of cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity positions. - Experience in management and issuance of Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) for customers and vendors. - Proficiency in supervising bank reconciliation processes and ensuring accuracy of financial records. - End-to-end management of loan documentation, packing credit, and other credit facilities with banks. - Leadership in preparing, analyzing, and communicating daily liquidity positions and cash reports to senior management. - Proficient in MIS & Treasury reporting, including cash flow forecasting, covenant compliance, and bank covenant reporting. - Ability to resolve auditors" queries and ensure timely closure of treasury-related audit points.
