Treasury Audit

Role Overview: You will be responsible for effectively managing day-to-day operational and technology risk management and requirements across business functions. Your experience in treasury, financial markets, Financial Markets Operations, or Market Risk will be crucial for this role, with a preference for associated experience in Treasury risk management, liquidity management, and investments. It is essential to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury functions within multinational banks or financial institutions. Holding advanced certifications such as FRM, MBA, or specialized training in treasury management will be advantageous. You will play a key role in developing talent within the team by providing guidance, feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enable the achievement of defined goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, plan, and ensure comprehensive coverage of RCSA/thematic reviews to identify material risks and gaps - Ensure timely execution of reviews and update the risk library - Review findings and communicate with the business to articulate identified issues and develop risk mitigation action plans - Identify new/critical risk indicators, review and modify existing indicators for effectiveness - Monitor breaches, collaborate with the business to develop suitable action plans for reducing breaches - Ensure appropriate review and analysis of root causes, as well as the mitigation/actioning of operational risk events - Ensure timely completion and release of analysis Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury, financial markets, Financial Markets Operations, or Market Risk - Associated experience in Treasury risk management, liquidity management, and investments preferred - Experience in managing treasury functions in multinational banks or financial institutions - Advanced certifications such as FRM, MBA, or specialized training in treasury management Company Details: There are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.
