Daily Cash Management*: Prepare daily cash position for multiple bank accounts using Excel and bank reports
- *Fund Transfers*: Review and initiate wire and ACH transfers in Wells Fargo's Vantage system, ensuring adherence to company policy
- *Bank Account Administration*: Assist in administration of bank and credit card accounts, prepare documents for opening and closing accounts, and initiate banking services
- *ATM Deposit Cards*: Order ATM deposit cards for individual properties
- *Cash Flow Management*: Analyze and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and growth
- *Experience*: 2+ years in treasury, finance, or accounting roles with experience in cash management, banking operations, and financial analysis
- *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and treasury management systems (TMS)
- *Banking Knowledge*: Understanding of banking operations, cash management practices, and financial regulations
- *Certifications*: CTP or CFA certification preferred
